Welcome to Revv.ly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Revv.ly platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Revv.ly Inc. ("Revv.ly," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Your Account

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Revv.ly. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use

You may not share your account with others or transfer your account to another person.

2. Content & Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Revv.ly. By sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of sharing it. You represent that you have all necessary rights to post the content you share.

3. Community Guidelines

Revv.ly is built for enthusiasts who respect the community. The following content and behaviors are prohibited:

Street Racing & Illegal Activity

  • Content promoting or depicting illegal street racing
  • Organizing or advertising sideshows, takeovers, or illegal gatherings
  • Reckless driving on public roads
  • Evading law enforcement
  • Content encouraging dangerous or illegal vehicle modifications

Stolen & Counterfeit Parts

  • Listing, selling, or promoting stolen parts or vehicles
  • Selling counterfeit or replica parts as genuine
  • Tampering with or removing VINs
  • Title washing or odometer fraud

Harassment & Hate

  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any user
  • Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Threats of violence or harm
  • Doxxing or sharing private information without consent
  • Impersonating other users or public figures

Other Prohibited Content

  • Spam, scams, or misleading content
  • Sexually explicit content
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Malware, phishing, or other malicious content
  • Content that violates any applicable law

Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion.

4. Marketplace

Revv.ly provides a platform for users to list and discover automotive parts for sale. Important notes:

  • All transactions are between individual users; Revv.ly is not a party to any sale
  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items
  • Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own due diligence
  • We do not process payments or provide buyer/seller protection

Seller Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate descriptions and photos
  • Disclose any defects or damage
  • Only list items you have legal right to sell
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Verify item condition and authenticity before purchasing
  • Use secure payment methods
  • Report suspicious listings or sellers

5. Intellectual Property

The Revv.ly name, logo, and platform design are trademarks and intellectual property of Revv.ly Inc. You may not use our branding without written permission.

Vehicle names, part brands, and manufacturer trademarks mentioned in user content belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

6. DMCA & Takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on Revv.ly, submit a takedown notice with:

  • Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Description of where the infringing material is located (URL)
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  • Statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address with the required information under the DMCA.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any user content or third-party content or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVV.LY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revv.ly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, if appropriate, via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
